Had an impromptu trip to Columbus, Ohio. I hadn't been there in years and the trip was everything and more. Here are a few highlights of mine.
Before the flight I had to pick the latest.

I stayed with my cousin, and this is her adorable kitchen. I thought it was worth a picture. It is adorable.
I was fed amazing the entire trip, there's nothing I love more than trying new food.

There were these amazing murals through out this area called Short North, I think this was my favorite part.
 More food.

The house my father grew up in.
We found some amazing books at my Great Aunt's house, the one above is a journal written by my great great grandfather and below is the introduction to a book copywritten in 1887. Amazing.

Until next time Columbus xo

So (on the way side) I sometimes pose for a photographer and its sometimes for some clothing companies. I was lucky  enough to be able to shoot for the new online boutique called Jaylee's. Here are some of the preview shots! xo

Hiking in Florida does not mean climbing hills and the sides of mountains, it means jut walking trails. So to say I went hiking the other day seems like a lie, but we went flat hiking.

It was a grey day, but it was the perfect "hike."

I love the days that you spend on your own. Got a nice veggie sammie and ice cream. Cappacino chocoloate chip and cinnamon crumb cake mix. Yes. I know.

I wore my favorite vintage mom jeans. Lately, I haven't been wearing my uniform skinny jeans and been sporting my mom jeans. My shirt, I made! I would love some feed back if you have any.

So, I love pizza. And if I could, I would eat it everyday. But unfortunately my body will not allow me to do this without requiring me to buy a whole new wardrobe in different sizes. (Although the whole new wardrobe would be cool) but back to my original statement. I made this, a "healthy-ish pizza." This one happens to be barbecue chicken pizza.

Ingredients:
Pitas (I like to cut them in half, open the pita and pull it completely apart)
Sliced Cherry tomatoes
4 Chicken Breasts
Sliced Red Onions
Barbecue Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
Garlic Hummus

Directions:
1. You can do the chicken however you like, but I like to grill it. Grill it with your standard seasonings and just as finishing pulled apart the chicken, and throw it on a skillet, add your barbecue sauce and sliced onions on the pan as well.
2. Either in a convection oven or your normal oven, take your half pita and bake until the edges are slightly browned.
3. Pull out your pita halves and spread your garlic hummus (or which ever you like most) on it, take your chicken and onion mix (which should still be hot from the pan) put it on top of the hummus, then the cheese and on top of that the tomatoes.
4. Put the "pizzas" back into the oven, and let it cook until the cheese melts completely. (I wouldn't walk away from the oven, this shouldn't take too long)
5. Take the pizzas out, and serve as you like!

If you are having people over, it is cute to cut it into four and serve on a plate. Nobody doesn't like pizza, expect if they're on a "diet" so this is the perfect fix. Let me know how is goes!

Miami Fashion Week.

I, Gemini, attended the last day of Miami Fashion Week. I saw shows by Paulo Silva, Matias Hernan, Anna Mora, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada and Sherri Hill. I’m still bewildered and out of breath from excitement. It was such an amazing experience and I honestly cannot see myself doing anything but fashion for the rest of my life. This was the first of many more fashion weeks to come, I can feel it.

I wore: Topshop striped crop top, vintage silk emerald pants, and Jeffery Campbell lace-up pumps

It was such a lovely time and I spent it with such a good friend. Miami Fashion Week was good to me and I prepare to see them again shortly.

I love a good dinner party. Somewhere where the food is delicious, the table is pretty and the company is cute. The table and meal was inspired by the beach (clearly). If you have any questions about the recipes email me!
Meal:
Herb seasoned salmon
Vinaigrette salad
Spinach Rice
Butternut Squash
